Who collects them

What is collected, and why

• First name, email and mobile: to give you access and to know who is reading.
• What kind of reader you are (owner, creator, agency and so on), and for venue owners and managers, optional details about the venue: to decide what to write next and to send you only what is relevant.
• Which video or link brought you here, where the link says so.
• A cookie that remembers you have signed up, so you are not asked again. It is not used for advertising or tracking across sites.

Marketing

You only get marketing messages if you ticked a box: “Email me new episodes and guides.” for email, “Text me when a new guide is out.” for texts. They are separate, and neither is ticked for you. Every message says who it is from and how to stop. Stopping takes effect within five working days.

Who else sees them

Your details are stored with the companies that host this site and its database. Those companies may store them outside Australia. They are not sold, and not shared with anyone else.
